Report raps poor planning for Iraq reconstruction
<BR>At least someone is talking about this, no figures about plants and
<BR>industry reconstructed (and percentage destroyed by the US) are easly
<BR>available. No jobs, no electricity, no security, no fresh water, no health
<BR>care, the iraqi ppl are much worse off than before.
